A flower and bud on the rosebush out my window.

Bright pink confuses the sensor something fierce, it makes photographing bright pink flowers kind of a chore. The definition seems to get lost in the pink. This seemed to have the most definition of all my pictures of the rose bush and afterward I decided I really did not like that bud in the way, and I had like it there when I was shooting.

That kind of day....

I went out to lock up the animals ad I could not find me other "notcroc" so I put on the first other left shoe I came to. took the dandelion photo on the way to the shed.. maybe I need another subject? The Irises should bloom soon!

In the yard

It's tulip time. They spring up in the strangest places in the yard. The pink ones are new, they have never come up before this year.

Two of my favorite "everyday" things. When I can't afford expensive coffee, McD's will do, and I can't be without my shiny pink phone, it is my alarm clock and my watch, and my life line to the Hubby.

Evolution

I was thinking about change. How my taste in accessories has changed lately. When I got that gray phone on the end? I would not have gotten a pink phone unless it was my only choice. Now? See that shiny pink phone on the end? I chose that one because it was shiny and pink. (It did not hurt that it was next generation of the other pink one and a sanyo, which have been great phones for me) But there where other phones that brand, and others that where free to upgrade to. I chose shiny and pink chrome. And I think I have nail polish that matches it.

What changed? I have a husband and two boys and my inner girlie girl needs out sometimes.
